Willie Sai Ho Chan ( Prof Chan ) LLB, MD, grew up in Hong Kong. He completed his schooling from the Queen's College, Hong Kong, and studied aircraft engineering at the Hong Kong Far East Flying & Technical School. And he received his Bachelor's degree ( LLB ) from the China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing, China, and Doctor of Medicine ( MD ) from the China Medical University in Taiwan, China. He is currently working as Fellow, Professor and National Representative of the European Association for Predictive, Preventive and Personalised Medicine ( EPMA, Brussels, Belgium ) in Taiwan, China. He acts as Coordinator among other countries to promote the aim of the Association. He is an inter- and multi-disciplinar healthcare professional with increasing international recognition. He also serves as an Editor-in-Chief for several journals and is an editorial board member and reviewer for various journals. His main paper " Taiwan's Healthcare Report 2010 " ( EPMA Journal 20l0 ), was published in the book " Healthcare Overview " ( Springer 2012). His works is cited in many other journals and books. His work aims at driving forward research in the field of Chinese and Western medicine by providing high-quality evidence based papers for academics, experts, researchers, and other related health professionals. His prime research areas include Chinese and Westerm Medicine, quantum mechanics, genetics, nanomedicine, nanochemistry, cell biology, oncology, health sciences, DNA Phantom Effect.

Professor Sujan Babu Marahatta did his Master of Science in Tropical Medicine and PhD in tropical medicine from Mahidol University , Thailand under WHO- TDR fellowship. He is currently faculty at Nepal Open University (NOU) and visiting Professor at Manmohan Memorial Institute of Health Science. Prior to this position he worked in several position at Kathmandu University School of Medical Sciences KU. Prof Marahatta is visiting professor of Bournemouth University UK and University of California Davis USA. He has published 92 original and review articles in national and international journals. He also served as a Member of Health Policy drafting committee, the member of higher level education commission and the member of Incident Command System (ICS) to address the COVID 19 pandemic. His research interests are in areas of infectious disease epidemiology, global health, health system research and medical education.
